Junior Sushi Chef
Moshi Moshi is reopening in March!
Part-time Junior Sushi Chef required Monday to Friday.
Moshi Moshi was Britain's first Kaiten-zushi restaurant, and we are currently looking for a Junior Sushi Chef who understands Japanese warmth and style of service to join our small sushi team.
All our sushi is all hand-made and uses ingredients sourced locally, notably fish from Cornwall.
The successful candidate will have at least some experience and familiarity with Japanese Cuisine.
Candidates will have the following qualities:
• Passion for food, good team player and reliable
• A minimum experience with a traditional Japanese background preferred but not essential.
• You will be working in the sushi bar in front of our customers and will have to help them
understand more about their food enhance their experience.
Part-time time position
We are open Monday to Friday, start times may vary but you will usually be required to do 4 to 5 evenings, between 5.45pm to 10pm.
Salary: £11/per hours.
