DearAsiaについて

DearAsiaはロンドンを拠点に置き、個人の方や企業の方々向けに言語レッスンの提供をしています。（日本語、中国語、韓国語など）また、フードトリップ、卓球などのスポーツ、Kポップダンスなどのその国の文化体験ができるイベントの企画をしています。

仕事内容
Academic Development

・日本語のレッスン教材のマネジメント
・DearAsiaオリジナルのカリキュラムに沿っての教材作り
・ レッスンに向けてのハンドアウトやゲームなどのプロデュース

資格・スキル
・日本語/英語、共に流暢であること
・英国での労働ビザをお持ちの方（１年以上）
・言語・教育や教職の学位をお持ちの方
・日本語の知識に長けている方
・日本語教育や生徒サポート/フィードバックへの知識
・ティーチングへの知識・経験がある方
・基本的なコンピューター知識
・コミュニケーションが得意な方

-About Dear Asia-
Dear Asia is the Asian languages and culture centre in London. We offer language training to working professionals, companies, and culture-loving individuals in London, including Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and other ESEA languages. We are also a professional event organiser with an exciting curated portfolio, including food tasting, cooking experience, playing pingpong, Japanese kintsugi, Kpop dance etc. We aim to promote positive representation of ESEA Cultures and build a community to celebrate our heritage - languages, food, crafts and so much more.
Teachers are at the heart of everything we do, all Dear Asia team members are teachers ourselves. We want our school to be an open, fair, professional and friendly place to work for all teachers.

-Responsibilities & Duties-
Academic Development
・Develop our Japanese language programs
・Follow our roadmap and curriculum, develop teaching material for each lesson
・Produce activities handouts or other games to include in a teacher's folder
　
　Teaching Japanese
・Teach evenings group classes or private lessons in your days of work
・Help to cover for other teachers on holiday if needed
　
　Teacher Training
・Interview and recruit new teachers onboard
・Provide training and help to new teachers

-Qualification & Skills-

Japanese speaker & fluent in English
・Full rights to work in the UK with a minimum of one year legal stay
・Strong academic background in language, education or teaching degree
・Strong knowledge in Japanese language learning roadmap and student feedbacks
・Excellent teaching experience and skills
・Good computer skills
・Good communication skills
