Japanese Speaking Customer Service Representative
Our client, a well-known UK online gambling company, is currently recruiting a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, who is good in English and native/fluent in Japanese, based at a city in the middle between Birmingham and Manchester.
The candidate who relocates for work, will be provided a free accommodation for the first 3 months. A hybrid working policy - you can work from home up to 3 days per week after successful completion of training.
As a Japanese Customer Service Representative you will be providing customer service via live chat, email and telephone. You must be able to work well in a team as well as using your own initiative. Training will be provided on in-house systems.
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be computer literate and have good communication skills, have some experience in online/e-commerce business but this is not essential.
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 base salary per year plus bonus, a free 3 months' company accommodation and hybrid working policy.
All applicants must have a year or longer YMS visa.
