We are looking for a Junior Japanese chef to join our family team in busy neighbourhood pub that has had some experience of cooking Yakitori, Gyoza, Tofu and Aubergine dishes. 2 years kitchen experience ideal. Cooking English food such as burger and chips is a bonus but we will give training. Good English communication skills.
