Front staff at food court
Harune Korean Kitchen is looking for a reliable and responsible person who loves Korean food and will be a member of our front team.
You will need to take customers’s order, check-out process, handling POS, cash, card payment performing all,serving foods( call the customers using the buzzers), and packing takeaway/ delivery orders nicely.
Following all opening and closing procedures also necessary.
You are providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and our team members at all times.
Job responsibilities
•Arrive to work on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work.
•Taking customers orders correctly, explaining the menu and give recommendations if necessary
•Follow proper check, Cash/credit payment procedures accurately
•Provide excellent customer service in a timely and effective manner
•Clean and stock working areas
Job Skills
•Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
•Demonstrates patience in dealing with customers and members
•Strong basic math skills
•Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectable manner to members, customers, and vendors
•Ability to follow directions and procedures; effective time management and organization skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a with a sense of urgency
•Strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions and other useful informations
• Start from UK minimum wage
•Cashier work start 11.30
• Shop open 12.00 (need to be ready to customers’s orders!)
•Around 4pm- lunch break *free staff meal included
•Free drinks included * not included Korean drinks so far!
•Standing 6-10hours work a day
•Ability to work a flexible schedule
including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
•Staff discount available q
