Part-time Cashier/Waitress for Japanese restaurant

Moshi Moshi was Britain's first Kaiten-zushi restaurant, and we are currently looking for a Junior Sushi Chef who understands Japanese warmth and style of service to join our small sushi team.

All our sushi is all hand-made and uses ingredients sourced locally, notably fish from Cornwall.

The successful candidate will have at least some experience and familiarity with Japanese Cuisine and Drinks.

Candidates will have the following qualities:
• Passion for food, good team player and reliable
• A minimum experience with a traditional Japanese background preferred but not essential.
• You will be, as our Front of House dealing directly with customers and will have to help them understand more about their food/drinks and enhance their experience.

Part-time time position
We are open Monday to Friday, start times are 10am to 2pm 5 days a week. overtime always available.

Salary: £11/per hours + tips
Benefits:
you will get 20 holidays per calendar year + 8 Bank Holidays, you can also get 50% of our food when dining with us on your off days, up to 4 people.
