JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title : Finance (Account Payable) Assistant
Reporting to : Head of Finance & Accounting
We are expanding our F&A team and are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Bank Reconciliation
• Mass / Wire / Direct Debit Payment Batch submission
• Analysing Account Payable trend to forecast & control Profit/Loss
• Monthly Payment analysis for Month-End Report
• External AR/AP Offset co-operating with Credit Control Department
• Inter-company AP/AR Offset by co-operating with oversea subsidiaries
• Communicating with banks and regional treasury centre
• Controlling bank transaction
• Direct Cash Flow Forecast preparation
• Personal expense claim management (Review, approval, training etc) and updating company’s expense policy
• Corporate Card Management (Issuing, Closing, transaction) and reporting
• Bi-annual Payment Practice submission to HMRC
• Bi-annual Self-Inspection submission for Treasury Operation
• Assists in month end closing
• Accurate Archiving Invoices on online portal.
• Participates in physical count of inventories and fixed assets
• Supporting auditing work
• Supporting various finance inquiries from other departments
• Ad-hoc

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within a relative business environment. A background and appreciation of Finance and accounting, tax principles
