Staff recruitment(Urgent)

Karaoke Epoc is a karaoke bar in London primarily aimed at the Japanese and Chinese markets. We have songs in Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean and English. Customers sing in private rooms, Japanese-style, and we can make drinks and snacks for them.
Karaoke Epoc is based on 30 Brewer Street, Soho, W1F 0SS. Open every day of the week, 12pm – 11pm.
Tasks
・ Cleaning karaoke rooms after each booking, and daily kitchen/bathroom cleaning
・ Following our menu to make drinks and snacks
・ Maintaining a friendly demean to build good relationships with customers,
・ while staying calm and confident when dealing with complaints
・ Setting up equipment, explaining to customers how to use machines and fixing them to the best of your ability
・ Working as a team on busy days but also working well alone during quiet times
・ Administrative tasks such as organising bookings, taking card payments and counting stock
・ Taking turns with colleagues to be on either bar or reception
Personal Skills
・ A friendly and positive attitude to both your team and customers
・ Using your initiative to handle unexpected occurrences
・ Working well both independently and as a team
・ Other languages are not necessary but knowing Japanese, Mandarin or Cantonese is a bonus
Additional Information
・ This is an entry level job
・ Pay rate is £10.5 per hour
・ Your shift will start at 12.00pm, 2.00pm or 4.00pm, and finish at around 11.30pm (sometimes a bit earlier if there are no more customers). With more experience, you will sometimes open up at 11.30am to set up the machines
・ Your role can be full-time or part-time
・ We usually work different days every week, but if you prefer a fixed schedule, let us know in your application

募集内容
・対象︰18歳以上（学生可）、YMS、長期就労可能な方
　※就労可能なビザをお持ちの方のみの募集となります。
・時給︰£10.5〜
・週２〜４、昼夜、曜日問わずフレキシブルに働ける方を優遇します。
　シフトに関しては相談可能です。
・お客様やチームのメンバーとしっかりコミュニケーションが取れる。
・英語での接客を経験したい方
業務内容
・予約システムに関わる電話やメールの対応
・受付業務
・オープン時の機械のセッティング
・クローズ時の清掃
・飲み物や食べ物の調理
　（簡単な食べものや飲み物だけなので難しい工程はありません）

・オープンで誰とでもフレンドリーに接することができる。
・個人としてもチームとしても責任を持って働くことができる。
