Full time position - flexible hours
-Creating new season menu
-Leading production of new menu
-Assisting head chef with main production
Looking for an experienced pastry chef who would like to lead new/seasonal menu

Pastry chef
Full time position 8am-5pm (4/5days)
- cake decorating (shortcake, crepe cake, Montblanc)
- cake baking (sponge, soufflé, cheesecake)
- Making and rolling tart dough
- cake cutting
This position may require prior baking experience, but if you are confident in your ability we can arrange a trial to see your skills.
