Barista / All rounder

The Cracked Coffee Co is a coffee shop in Fitzrovia, opened since September, we will serve coffee from multiple roasters in uk to start with, will be serving espresso based drinks, batch brew and some manual drips/AeroPress, potentially try other things in the future as we adjust and explore our menu beverage options. Our downstairs kitchen will provide the café with sandwiches and warm food (buffet style) exclusively in take away including on the premises. Inside the location there are only 3 tables and a few high seats on the bar+ benches in front of the shop but also a spacious quiet private garden.

**Responsibilities**

* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee according to customer requests
* Taking orders, waiting tables and maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and supplies
* Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and making them feel welcome
* Opportunity to get involved in marketing activities such as social media
* Contribute and get involved with new ideas and suggestions for improvement if they get implemented or not (appreciated regardless)

**Experience/ Requirements**

* Coffee experience is a bonus but not essential, training can be provided
* A good attitude, an appetite to learn and a friendly personality
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Excited about working in a start-up environment and having opportunities to make an impact from the beginning
