**Location**: 13 Cale Street, Chelsea, London, SW3 3QS
**Type**: Full-Time and Part-Time
**Salary**: £12.50 - £15.00 per hour (based on experience)

**About Us**
Join our exciting new venture in Chelsea - a unique and intimate 8-seater Sushi Bar. We're dedicated to offering an authentic sushi experience, complemented by a selection of fine sake and whisky.

**We Are Looking For**
We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sushi and Japanese culture to join our front of house team. The ideal candidates will have experience in high-end dining settings and an appreciation for the intricacies of sushi and Japanese beverages.

**Key Requirements**
- Fluency in Japanese.
- Knowledge of sushi, sake, and whiskey is highly valued.
- Experience in a high-end dining environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, intimate sushi bar setting.
- Flexible availability, with working hours from 11 am to 10:30 pm, including a 1-hour break.

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting and seating guests with warmth.
- Providing detailed insights into our sushi and beverage menus.
- Ensuring high standards of food and beverage service.
- Crafting memorable dining experiences for our guests.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetics of the sushi bar.
