Taka Maryleboneは、ロンドン・Maryleboneで5年目を迎えるモダンな和食フュージョンレストランです。
看板メニューである「和牛サンドイッチ」はロンドンでも非常に人気が高く、多くのお客様に愛されています。
今回は、成長を続けるチームに加わり、将来的にマドリード新店舗での活躍も視野に入れた Head Chef または Sous Chef（Head Chef候補） を募集しています。

勤務条件

フルタイム勤務（火曜〜土曜）

シフト制 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM または 9:00 AM – 11:30 PM

週48時間勤務（基本）

日曜・月曜定休

給与・待遇

年収 £45,000〜£55,000（経験・能力に応じて決定）

Position: Full-Time Head Chef / Sous Chef (Training to be Head Chef)
Location: Taka Marylebone, London

Taka Marylebone is entering its 5th year as a modern Japanese fusion restaurant in the heart of Marylebone. Famous for our signature Wagyu Sandwich, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Head Chef or Sous Chef (training to step up as Head Chef) to join our growing team.

We are also preparing to open a new branch in Madrid, creating opportunities for growth and international experience.

Job Details

Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday

Shift-based: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 11:30 PM

Approx. 48 hours per week

Sundays and Mondays are fixed days off

Salary & Benefits

£45,000 – £55,000 per year (depending on experience)

28 days paid holiday per year

Requirements

Strong experience in Japanese or fusion cuisine

Leadership and communication skills

Willingness to learn and grow with the team

Eligibility to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available if required)
