日本食品卸会社でのアドミン業務募集です。
勤務日時は月曜より金曜の週５日、シフト制の為午前８時３０分より午後４時３０分までの勤務、午前９時より午後５時までの勤務、午前９時１５分より午後５時１５分までの勤務をを週ごとにローテーションします。オフィス出勤です。

業務内容は、お客様からのオーダーや問い合わせへの対応、弊社のドライバーとの連絡、来客対応、オーダー入力、インボイス作成、書類の整理など、多岐にわたります。
スピーディな対応が求められるため、そのような環境に適応できる方を求めています。
電話対応は主に英語で行われるため、英語必須です。また、日本食の知識があれば尚良いです。
給料は経験に応じてご相談させて頂きます。

We are recruiting for administrative position at Japanese food wholesale company.

The working hours are from Monday to Friday in a five-day week, on a shift system.
The shifts rotate weekly among the following schedules: from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and from 9:15 AM to 5:15 PM. The work will be conducted in the office.

The responsibilities include handling customer orders and inquiries, coordinating with our drivers, welcoming visitors, order entry, invoice creation and document organisation.
As the role requires prompt responses, we are seeking candidates who can adapt to such an environment.
Fluency in English is essential, as phone communication are primarily conducted in English.
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine would be a preferred.
The salary will be discussed based on experience.
