Hiring kitchen manager for Japanese Cafe opening in April, Edinburgh

We are looking for an experienced Pastry chef who can help set up the opening of the store and run the store long term. Menu is already decided and training will be done.

Requirements:
Pastry experience
Quality control all cakes and ingredients
Ability to run the store alone
Ability to train new staff

Also looking for Pastry assistants who can support the Pastry manager
