Position Overview
As a part-time Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts, with a focus on content creation, layout design, product material design, digital marketing strategies, etc. We are particularly interested in candidates with a background or interest in Japan Style, as we aim to incorporate elements of Japanese aesthetics into our product design.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies that showcase our real estate projects, integrating elements of Japan Style where applicable.
2. Create compelling content for marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, social media posts, and website content.
3. Enhance report formatting and refine layout design.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
2. Previous experience or coursework in real estate marketing, advertising, graphic design or related fields is preferred.
3. Strong understanding of Japan Style aesthetics, including knowledge of Japanese architecture, design principles, and cultural influences.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different marketing channels and audiences.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and website content management systems.
6. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
