Position Overview
As a part-time Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our real estate projects while incorporating Japanese aesthetic principles. The ideal candidate will have a background in graphic design with previous experience in the real estate industry. An understanding of Japanese aesthetics and experience working in a Japanese company or with Japanese clients would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities
1. Create visually compelling graphic design materials for various real estate projects, including but not limited to brochures, advertisements, signage, and digital assets.
2. Develop and execute marketing strategies that showcase our real estate projects. Incorporate Japanese aesthetic principles into design concepts, ensuring they align with the company's values and resonate with our audience.
3. Enhance report formatting and refine layout design.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
2. Previous experience or coursework in real estate marketing, advertising, graphic design or related fields is preferred.
3. Strong understanding of Japan Style aesthetics, including knowledge of Japanese architecture, design principles, and cultural influences.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different marketing channels and audiences.
5. Experience working in a Japanese company or with Japanese clients is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
