Front of House/ Spa Receptionist

Lavender on the Hill is a well-being place in trendy and buzzing Primrose Hill & Highgate Village currently looking for an experienced Front of House/ Receptionist to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

* Meeting and greeting clients
* Booking appointments in person or by phone
* High standard of hygiene throughout the studio- daily duties including morning preparation and cleaning of studio prior to opening and closing duties
* Helping to manage and coordinate diaries across branches
* Working closely and as a team with therapists to ensure smooth running of the studio
* Answering all incoming calls and following up on late /no show client
* Ensuring record keeping for each appointment are completed by therapist
* Ensuring an adequate supply of towels for the studio using in house laundry appliances

Ideal candidate:

* Previous front of house experience working in spa or clinics
* Great communication and customer service skills
* Approachable , personable and able to adapt to situations and strive for excellent customer service
* Team player with great planning and organisational skills
* Ability to use Google Sheet, Google word, appointment system and payment system
