日系大手企業さんがAccounts Assistantを募集。
<業務内容>
• Main duties: Full ownership of cashbook (Excel sheet) for each entity
• Preparation of payment including accounting coding
• Prepare Sales invoices to tenants based on lease agreement and other sales invoices
• Making sure Account payable and Account receivable are within due date
• Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily e-mails and answering any queries
• Prepare Bank payment and Bank reconciliation
• Working with spreadsheet for reconcile invoices from Property Managers
• Corresponding Property Management companies to ensure all balances are correct
• Assisting for preparation of quarterly VAT return (i.e. correcting valid VAT invoices from property management companies, listing up all VAT invoices with pdf copies)
• Accurately and timely input in Sage50 Accounts using Paperless software
• Download necessary information from Sage 50 Accounts
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
<応募要項>
・フルタイムで長期就労可能なビザをお持ちであること(YMS不可)
・経理事務経験、資格保持者歓迎
・入力業務など細かな作業を正確かつ迅速に対応できる方
・ビジネス英語以上必須
・Excel(VLOOKUP、Pivot)での業務経験要
勤務地: セントラルロンドン
勤務時間:月~金 9:30-17:30
