Position Overview:
As a part-time Graphic Designer and Content Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our real estate projects and developing internal investment briefings. This role requires a blend of creativity, design skills, and content creation expertise to produce high-quality marketing materials.
The ideal candidate will have a background in graphic design with previous experience in the real estate industry. An understanding of Japanese aesthetics and experience working in a Japanese company or with Japanese clients would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:
1. Create visually compelling graphic design materials for various real estate projects, including but not limited to brochures, advertisements, signage, and digital assets.
2. Manage the content creation and layout design for the firm’s internal reports and briefings.
3. Produce compelling written content for websites, social media and other marketing materials.
4. Deliver end-to-end creative concepts in line with brand guidelines and strict deadlines.
5. Work with team members to implement graphics and consistency in messaging, with the ability to turn around work quickly.
6. Ability to stay flexible and work on other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
2. Previous experience or coursework in real estate marketing, advertising, graphic design or related fields is preferred.
3. Strong understanding of marketing design graphics (focused on typography, fonts, and illustration) with a knowledge of Japanese style aesthetics, including knowledge of Japanese design principles, and cultural influences.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different marketing channels and audiences.
5. Experience working in a Japanese company or with Japanese clients is a plus.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
7. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite programs (e.g./ Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop), Canva, or other graphic design software.
