日曜日、寿司教室開催中昼12時か15時迄、
お一人様£50から、手巻き、細巻き、カルパッチョ、他その日の食材により変更します。
プロ向け£85から魚のおろし方から寿司になるまでの工程等、オーナーシェフと共に楽しい時間を過ごしながら学べます。

Full-time Head Chef (Annual contract: £55-£60k)
Full-time Chef (Annual contract: £40k–£45k)
Kitchen Assistant (Must be able to work 40+ hours/week)
Waiter/Waitress (Must be able to work 35+ hours/week): Hourly rate £12.71–£14.95 (plus service charge)

Staff meals provided—you get to eat sushi every week!

Sushi classes every Sundays between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.
Prices start at £50 per person; the menu includes items such as hand rolls, thin rolls, and carpaccio, subject to change based on the day's fresh ingredients.
Professional-level classes start at £85; you can learn the entire process—from filleting the fish to crafting the final sushi—while enjoying a fun session with the owner-chef.
