Training Accountant (Japanese Speaker Preferred)

Position Overview:
As a Training Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accuracy and compliance in our accounting processes. Responsibilities:
•Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
•Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
•Reconcile bank statements and ensure the integrity of financial data.
•Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with regulatory requirements.
•Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
•Provide support during audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
•Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures.
•Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance accounting skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
•Previous experience in accounting or finance preferred, but not required.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
•Fluency in Japanese is highly preferred, as the role may involve communication with Japanese-speaking clients or stakeholders.
•Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
