Barista / All rounder

The Cracked Coffee Co is opening a new shop, will be serving espresso based drinks, batch brew and some manual drips/AeroPress, potentially try other things in the future as we adjust and explore our menu beverage.
The shop will be located inside "The art of Banksy" exhibition close to Tottenham Court Road Station.
And we are looking for people to expand our team.

**Responsibilities**

* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee according to customer requests
* Taking orders, waiting tables and maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and supplies
* Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and making them feel welcome
* Opportunity to get involved in marketing activities such as social media
* Contribute and get involved with new ideas and suggestions for improvement if they get implemented or not (appreciated regardless)

**Experience/ Requirements**

* Coffee experience is a bonus but not essential, training can be provided
* A good attitude, an appetite to learn and a friendly personality
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Excited about working in a start-up environment and having opportunities to make an impact from the beginning

***Wage range will be 12-14£/h***
Little or no experience, it will be 12£/h for the first month followed by an upgrade to at least 13£/h but it will be according to the progression and skills. By experience we're referring to being able to operate/maintain/clean equipment such as lamarzocco Linea PB, Victoria Arduino grinders and other machines, latte art skills, espresso and pour over knowledge etc"
