Server

Chamomile is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have over one year of experience in the hospitality industry, be familiar with POS systems, and excel at table-side service. We operate as a cafe in the morning where the primary responsibilities will be order-taking and/or barista service. Evening shifts will involve table-side order taking, food and alcohol serving, and possibly barista service. Role can be either part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling options.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional table-side service to all guests.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain a clean dining area.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and wine selections.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant, cafe, catering, or similar setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems and efficient order-taking.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Authorization to work in the UK.
