About the role:
As a Marketing Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our client base. You will work with some of the biggest names in various industries, including fashion, fintech, finance, startups and Ad agencies. Key responsibilities include:
・Campaign Management: Oversee client accounts and daily campaign operations on SEM platforms, including Yahoo! Japan Ads, LINE Ads, and others. Implement and manage marketing strategies that align with client objectives, leveraging insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
・Customer Understanding: Engage directly with clients via online, email, and face-to-face interactions to understand their strategic objectives and challenges.
Performance Evaluation and Improvement: Accurately analyse and evaluate advertising performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide optimization recommendations. Continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics, utilizing information and tools from media outlets to create insightful proposal documents and conduct online meetings.
Solution Provision: Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions, primarily utilizing LY Corp’s products and other digital marketing tools to support clients in achieving their goals , etc.
