Hotori is a modern yakitori Bar & Restaurant. We have a position open for experience Restaurant Manager, who is/can:

• solid experiences with running front of house operation and team
• solid customer services skills
• help to manage bar and alcohol selling
• ensure health and safety compliance
• people training and management
• help to develop operation procedure

we will offer competitive base salary plus:
- share of service charge pot
- 10-20% quarterly business performance bonus
- 10-20% semi- annually performance bonus
