Hotori is a modern yakitori Bar & Restaurant. We have a position open for experience Manager, Sommelier and Chefs who is/can:

• work in high end set up and deal with high end customers

. strong knowledge of western and British customer culture

For Floor Managers
-solid experiences with running front of house/Kitchen operation and team
• solid customer services skills
• ensure health and safety compliance
• people training and management
• help to develop operation procedure

for Sommerliers
- strong knowledge of Sake, wine, and other beverages
• help to manage bar and alcohol selling
. strong sales skills and confidence talking to customers and make recommendations

For Chefs
- strong knowledge and skills in Japanese Izakaya, Yakitori, Sushi
- strong knowledge and skills in new dish creation and design
