English/Japanese Content Editor

We are a bilingual digital agency in London, looking for a Content Editor fluent in Japanese and English to join our Digital PR & Marketing team. Your role will be to write content in English that connects Japanese culture with English-speaking audiences and to work on a wide range of projects.

This role is great for someone who understands Japanese culture, loves writing, and wants to grow in digital content. As a Content Editor, you'll get to improve your skills while working on exciting projects across industries like Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty, and Sports.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Remote working
- Conducting digital trend research and market analysis
- Writing blogs
- Liaising with our team to ensure smooth communication
- Providing general ad hoc Japanese language and media support as needed

Key Skills Required:
- Strong written communication skills, in English and Japanese
- Knowledge of Wordpress and basic SEO
- Knowlege of ChatGPT
- A professional and proactive attitude
- Some experience in Digital PR & Marketing
- A keen interest in content marketing, influencer marketing, and outreach
- Excellent bilingual communication skills
- In-depth cultural knowledge of modern Japan
- A results-driven approach, focusing on achieving outcomes rather than just logging hours
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and a strong team player
- Having an active social media profile is a plus
