Hiring Sales Director
Role Description...
We seek a commercially minded Head of Sales to join us. This role will plan and execute the global sales and development of our wholesale business across all product categories in close collaboration with the founder.
Ultimately owning a strategy, ensuring all activities are brand-enhancing and powerful enough to reach our performance objectives.
Together, they will develop the wholesale strategy to drive international growth by proactively managing existing and new businesses across our selected international markets.
Key Responsibilities...
- Strategic Oversight: Work with the CEO to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and market presence in the UK while supporting global objectives.
- Supplier & Partner Relations: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring agreements and deliveries meet the company’s needs.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency and support growth, ensuring clear communication and effective workflows.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in managing cash flow and budgeting to ensure financial resources are allocated efficiently across departments and operations.
- Confidently analyse and translate key market trends, competitor analysis and product development opportunities to drive the growth of our wholesale business. Identify and prospect new sales opportunities, in line with the company’s strategic priorities
- Build strong relationships with key accounts across our network of concept stores, design stores, department stores and marketplaces
- Manage, mentor, and guide the Wholesale team on day-to-day basis to deliver best practices with SAYURI partners' queries, system processes and all other functions
- Monthly reporting on performance and forecast adjustments - reflecting on the past, adjusting for the future

- Experience in a leadership role overseeing multiple departments and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex operations.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of handling various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and experience fostering a collaborative working environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management, supply chain coordination
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
