Sushi Chef Wanted

Location: mugen restaurant

[9-15 Leather Lane Unit 1, Doorington House, London EC1N 7ST]

Position: Sushi Chef (Experience Preferred)

Job Description:

Prepare and plate sushi with precision and artistry
Source and manage fresh fish and ingredients
Interact with customers (especially at sushi bar)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Perform other kitchen duties as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a sushi chef (experience level negotiable)
A strong passion for sushi and Japanese cuisine
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
High standards of cleanliness and food safety

Working Hours:

Shifts (e.g., lunch 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM, dinner 5:30 PM - 10:30 PM)
ONLY Full-time available

Salary:

Competitive salary based on experience
