FOH Manager Wanted - Daebak

Daebak (대박) in Vauxhall is a Korean–Japanese fusion restaurant with a young, vibrant atmosphere where most customers and staff are international. We are looking for passionate individuals to join us and help lead the restaurant together.

Front of House Manager (Hall Manager)

2) Requirements

Fluent in English (upper-intermediate level or above)

Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Strong teamwork skills and a responsible work attitude

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Front of House Manager in a London-based restaurant (essential)

(5-minute walk from Vauxhall Station)

4) Working Days & Hours

Mon–Fri: 11:30am–3:00pm / 5:00pm–10:30pm

Sat: 11:30am–10:30pm

Sun: 11:30am–9:30pm

※ Must be available to work at least 2 days among Fri, Sat, Sun
※ 3–5 working days per week (negotiable)

5) Start Date
Immediate start preferred (start date negotiable)

6) Salary
Front of House Manager (based on 5 days/week):
Starting from £30,000 per year
