ThinkCapital is looking for a Content Creator & Community Manager (Japan) to develop engaging, localized content and manage our Japanese trader community. This role will focus on creating high-quality multimedia content (video, social media posts, and more) while also growing and engaging the trading community on platforms like LINE, Twitter (X), Discord,
The ideal candidate is a Japanese-native content marketer and community builder who understands the trading and prop firm industry. They should be passionate about educating, engaging, and expanding the ThinkCapital brand in Japan through creative storytelling and community-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media Management
Develop engaging, localized content (videos, graphics, articles, and social media posts) to promote ThinkCapital.
Produce YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, TikToks, and Twitter (X) threads tailored to the Japanese trading audience.
Work with the creative team to develop branded content that aligns with ThinkCapital’s tone and messaging.
Manage ThinkCapital’s Japanese social media channels (LINE, Twitter (X), YouTube, Instagram, Discord).
Optimize content based on performance analytics and audience feedback.
Partner with trading educators, analysts, and content creators to deliver engaging educational series.
Community Building & Engagement
Grow and manage ThinkCapital’s Japanese trading community across LINE, Twitter (X), Discord, and Telegram.
Host and moderate live Q&A sessions, AMAs, and webinars with Japanese traders and influencers.
Engage with users daily by answering questions, moderating discussions, and fostering a positive trading community.
Identify and collaborate with top Japanese trading influencers and thought leaders to increase community growth.
Organize contests, giveaways, and challenges to boost engagement and retention.
Market Research & Performance Analysis
Monitor trends in Japanese trading communities, social media platforms, and industry news.
Analyze content performance metrics (engagement, shares, video views, community growth) to refine strategy.
Track and report on community feedback and sentiment to improve ThinkCapital’s positioning in Japan.
Stay updated on competitor strategies and market developments to keep ThinkCapital ahead.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Japanese (native or bilingual proficiency) and strong English communication skills.
2+ years of content creation, social media management, or community management experience.
Strong knowledge of Japan’s trading, forex, or prop firm industry.
Hands-on experience with video editing, graphic design, and social media tools.
Proven experience in growing and managing trading-related communities on LINE, Twitter (X), Discord, or Telegram.
Ability to host and moderate live events, AMAs, and webinars with confidence.
