Dear Asia London is seeking a Japanese Kintsugi workshop instructor to lead our weekend sessions and occasional corporate events. This is a creative and rewarding opportunity to share the beauty of Kintsugi with a wide range of learners.
🔹Requirements:
1. Kintsugi Skills:
You should be confident in using modern Kintsugi repair techniques and materials to mend ceramic objects. If you’re not fully experienced yet but are a quick and motivated learner, we can support you with practice and training.
2. Strong English Communication:
You must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in English, engaging with participants, facilitating the workshop, and managing the room with ease.
3. Availability:
Regular Saturday availability (starting with 2 Saturdays a month, with potential to increase)
Occasional weekday daytime availability for corporate events

【応募条件】
■ 金継ぎのスキル：
現代の金継ぎ技法と材料を用いて陶器の修復ができる方。未経験でも、学ぶ意欲が高く、上達が早い方であれば、練習やトレーニングのサポートをいたします。
■ 英語でのコミュニケーション力：
英語で参加者とのやり取りやワークショップの進行、場の管理が自信をもってできる方。
■ 勤務可能日：
定期的な土曜日の勤務（まずは月2回から、増える可能性あり）が可能な方
平日日中の企業イベントへの対応が可能な方（不定期）
