Head Chef（料理長） を募集しています。

TAKA は、本格的な和食にモダンなエッセンスを融合させた料理で高い評価を受けており、
活気があり、プロフェッショナルとして成長できる環境です。

また、今年5月にはスペイン・マドリードでの新規オープンを予定しており、
ロンドンを拠点に グローバルに活躍できるチャンス もあります。

【勤務条件】

勤務時間：週48時間

有給休暇：年間28日

給与：£50,000〜（経験・能力により優遇）

サービスチャージ：毎月支給（少額／試用期間3か月後より対象）

勤務地：ロンドン中心部（Marylebone）

TAKA Marylebone | Head Chef

TAKA Marylebone, a popular Japanese restaurant located in central London, is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen.

We offer a dynamic working environment where authentic Japanese cuisine is combined with modern culinary influences.
In addition, we are planning to open a new restaurant in Madrid, Spain, in May this year, offering an exciting opportunity to work within a growing global brand.

Employment Details

Working hours: 48 hours per week

Annual leave: 28 days per year

Salary: From £50,000, depending on experience and ability

Service charge: Monthly bonus (after successful completion of a 3-month probation period)

Location: Central London (Marylebone)

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a chef in the hospitality industry (preferred)

Highly motivated, with strong teamwork and communication skills

A genuine passion for Japanese cuisine (modern Japanese experience is an advantage)
