【勤務条件】
* 雇用形態：Full Time
* 勤務時間：週48時間
* 有給休暇：年間28日
* 給与：年俸 £50,000〜（経験・能力により優遇）

TAKA Marylebone | Head Chef

TAKA Marylebone, a highly regarded Japanese restaurant located in the heart of London’s Marylebone district, is looking for a Head Chef to join our team.

TAKA is known for combining authentic Japanese cuisine with a modern approach, creating a dining experience that has earned an excellent reputation. We offer a dynamic and professional environment where passionate chefs can continue to develop their careers.

We are also preparing to open a new restaurant in Madrid, Spain, this July, offering exciting opportunities for chefs who wish to be involved in international projects and grow within our expanding business.

Employment Details
Position: Full-Time Head Chef
Working Hours: 48 hours per week
Annual Leave: 28 days per year
Salary: From £50,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Location: Marylebone, Central London
Requirements
Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
Experience as a Head Chef, or a Sous Chef looking to take the next step into a Head Chef role
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
A genuine passion for Japanese cuisine and hospitality
Experience in modern Japanese cuisine, izakaya, sushi, or robata cooking is highly desirable
Experience in staff training, stock management, food cost control, and kitchen administration is advantageous
