Located in the heart of Mayfair, Ikeda Restaurant opened it’s doors in 1973 which makes us the oldest Japanese restaurant in London.
Our master sushi chef will be retiring this December after 45 years of service. His sushi was regarded by many as the best sushi in London and now we have the daunting yet exciting task of finding and hiring a new talented , charismatic sushi chef.

Our Applicant must have:

Been employed at a high end sushi restaurant.
Has have at least 3 years of experience of being a sushi chef.
Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively 
High standards of cleanliness and food safety
Knowledge and high level of skill to prepare sushi rice/ vinegar , sashimi and sushi.

Depending on your level of experience , our wages will be high competitive .
