We are seeking a proactive and adaptable individual to support marketing operations across two premium Japanese beauty brands: Athletia and SUQQU.
Job Title: E-Commerce & Trade Marketing Coordinator
Location: London (Hybrid working)
Contract Type: Part-time (with potential to increase)
Start Date: Ideally August 2025
Reports to: General Manager, Sales & Marketing
Salary: In line with entry-level coordinator roles (pro-rata)
■ Key Responsibilities
1/ Athletia E-Commerce Support (Start: August 2025, Part-Time)
- Submit New Line Forms (NLFs) for new launches
- Create landing pages and manage online offers using a simple CMS
- Check sales forecasts and warehouse stock, share feedback with the platform partner
- Coordinate shipments to the platform warehouse with logistics
- Register new product data to POS
- Assist with email newsletter scheduling
- Analyse sales and suggest improvements
- Improve website SEO, user experience, and content quality
2/ SUQQU Trade Marketing Support (Start: September, Maternity Cover until Nov 2026)
- Assist with sales tracking and reporting
- Support retail event planning and execution
- Coordinate staff allocation for launches
- Manage collateral ordering and dispatch
- Liaise with Japan HQ for training plans
- Support VMD and repair coordination
- Communicate with retail buyers
- Manage POS setup and pricebook updates
■ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 2–4 years' experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or retail coordination (e-commerce preferred but not required)
- Strong digital literacy and willingness to learn new tools
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
- Organised, calm, and detail-oriented
- CMS experience preferred but not essential
- Fluent in English; Japanese appreciated
- Interest in beauty, wellness, or premium consumer brands
■ Working Pattern
- Part-time from August 2025 (1–2 days/week for Athletia)
- Expanding to 3–4 days/week from September for SUQQU maternity cover
- Hybrid work with weekly in-office attendance
