We are an artisan bakery café offering coffee, sandwiches, and baked goods.

Our bread and pastries are freshly baked every morning at our main bakery, Little Bread Pedlar – one of the best artisan bakeries in London!

We are currently looking for a new team member with barista and hospitality experience in food service.
All three of our shops are managed by a Japanese director, and we offer a variety of Japanese products such as matcha lattes, yuzu tea, teriyaki chicken sandwiches, and more. We are also operating a Japanese sake (日本酒) bar in Café Pedlar at evening time, so any knowledge or experience with Japanese food and beverages would be a significant advantage.

Position: Batista, Cafe Bar manager
Location: Across our three shops:
Café Pedlar, 20 Lower Marsh, London SE1 7RJ
Peko Peko Pedlar, 34 Moreton Street, SW1V 2PD
Pedlar’s Pitstop, St Mark’s Church Garden Yard, NW1 7TN
Working hours: 7/8 hours a day. Part-time. 1-3 days a week. (Full‑time employment is negotiable depending on her experience and performance.)

We are currently prioritizing applicants who are available to work on Sundays.

Essential Requirements:
- Strong barista experience (latte art is a plus; knowledge of how to clean an espresso machine is essential)
- Experience in serving and making alcoholic beverages
- Previous customer service/front-of-house experience
- Familiarity with POS/till systems

Benefits:
- Pay: £13.15 per hour (3-month probation period)
- Holidays: Accrued monthly based on hours worked
