Receptionist
As a receptionist you would be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing assistance on guest requests. You may be the initial point of contact, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out and handling customer enquiries, issues and complaints, striving for effective resolution. You will also be contactable via telephone and manage the switchboard. You will be responsible for guest payments and accounts, cash handling, balancing a cash float, and foreign exchange. Your organisational and administration skills will be second to none - and will play a key part in managing any emergency situations and maintaining the reception team’s efficient service.
To be considered for this role you will have;
Experience in a large 4-5 star Hotel
A well-rounded understanding of front of house procedures
Strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail
A natural ability to build rapport with customers and your team
Fluent verbal and written English capability and ideally a second language
