We are a small restaurant on Broadway Market, next to London fields.
We have been open 2 years and we are now looking to expand the business and open more places.
Our food is inspired by Pacific Japanese, cuisine, with dishes like Poke / Ceviche, california rolls, but also more classic japanese dishes.
We are looking for an enthusiastic chef to go on this journey with us, that like our ideas and can bring more fresh ideas to the table.
