新鮮で質の高い料理とフレンドリーなサービスを、シンプルでモダンな空間で提供しています。

現在、経験豊富な寿司シェフを募集しています。魚の品質について深い理解があり、忙しい寿司カウンターでお客様の前に立ち自信を持って仕事ができる方を探しています。

理想的な候補者は、丸ごとの魚をさばき、適切にフィレ（切り分け）できる技術を持っていることが必要です。また、握り、巻き寿司、刺身を高いレベルで準備できるスキルが求められます。

応募者は、忙しい寿司レストランで最低10年以上の勤務経験が必要です。

勤務日数： 週5日

給与： 年俸 £38,000 から

KAZU is a Japanese restaurant located in heart of Fitzrovia, offering quality fresh food and friendly service in a simple, modern setting.

We are seeking an experienced sushi chef who has a strong understanding of fish quality and the confidence to work in front of customers at a busy sushi bar.

The ideal candidate must be able to clean whole fish and fillet them properly. They should also be skilled in preparing nigiri, maki, and sashimi to a high standard.

Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience working in a busy sushi restaurant.

Salary: Starting from £38,000 per year
