Experienced Sushi chef

KAZU is a Japanese restaurant located in heart of Fitzrovia, offering quality fresh food and friendly service in a simple, modern setting.

We are seeking an experienced sushi chef who has a strong understanding of fish quality and the confidence to work in front of customers at a busy sushi bar.

The ideal candidate must be able to clean whole fish and fillet them properly. They should also be skilled in preparing nigiri, maki, and sashimi to a high standard.

Applicants must have at least 10 years of experience working in a busy sushi restaurant.

Position Type: Full-time
Working Days: 5 days a week
Salary: Starting from £38,000 per year
