Kineya and Sushinoya are leading Japanese food retail restaurant brands, known for authentic flavour s, consistent quality, and excellent customer service. We are expanding our UK operations and seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple resta urant locations across London.

Role Overview
The Area Manager will be responsible for leading several restaurant units, ensuring operational exce llence, consistent brand standards, and strong commercial performance. You will act as the key link between head office and store managers, driving both people and performance
.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant locations
• Achieve sales, profit, and performance targets for all assigned stores
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant managers and staff teams
• Ensure compliance with brand, food safety, and health & safety standards
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, and operational efficiencies
• Support new store openings and local marketing initiatives
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience through operational excellence
• Report regularly to senior management and provide actionable insights

Requirements
• experience as an Area Manager or Multi-Site Manager in food retail or casual dining
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and UK food safety regulations
• Proven track record in team leadership and achieving KPIs
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for Japanese cuisine and customer service
• Eligibility to work in the UK
