With new branches opening soon in Charing Cross and Moorgate, we're now looking for a hands-on and people-focused HR Manager to support our growth. About the Role As our HR Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our people strategy and ensuring our teams acro ss London are supported, engaged, and thriving. You'll work closely with management to develop HR processes, recruit top talent, and promote a friend dly and motivating work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Support and coach managers on HR best practices and team development
• Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and UK employment law
• Contribute to HR process improvements and company culture building What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
