Join Our Team – Kitchen Staff at AKIRA (Japan House London)
AKIRA is a Japanese restaurant located within JAPAN HOUSE LONDON, an overseas project by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic Sushi Chefs to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a space that introduces Japanese culture to the world!

Position: Sushi Chef / Part-time (4–5 days per week)
Hours: 10:00 – 23:30 (Closed on Mondays, shift-based, flexible)
Salary: Hourly wage + service charge (probation period available)
Who we’re looking for:
• Experience working in a Japanese restaurant is welcome
• Passion for Japanese cuisine
• Friendly, energetic, and enjoys interacting with people
