We’re bringing Korea’s spirit of warmth and mindfulness to London through thoughtfully whisked matcha, and kind service.
We’re now looking for a Matcha Host (part-time, full-time) to join our small, friendly team in Covent Garden.
[About the role]
As a Matcha Host at TOKKIA, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience.
You’ll prepare and whisk matcha with care, serve each guest with warmth, and help create an atmosphere that feels calm, welcoming, and genuine.
Experience with matcha or in hospitality is not required (but preferred) — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What matters most is your energy: a natural smile, curiosity, and a kind, confident presence that makes people feel at ease.

• Have a warm, open, and positive personality — you enjoy connecting with people.
• Communicate clearly and kindly, with fluent English.
• Take pride in presentation, detail, and care.
• Stay calm and grounded, even during busy moments.
• Are curious about Korean culture, matcha, and mindful service.
• Are available to work 15–40 hours per week, including weekends.
