Join the opening team of a stunning modern Japanese restaurant in the heart of South Kensington!

We’re looking for passionate and skilled Bartenders to be part of our bar team, creating a drinks experience that’s as memorable as the food. You’ll prepare beautifully balanced cocktails, deliver warm and professional service, and help shape the energy and atmosphere of our brand-new venue.

A genuine interest in Japanese culture, spirits, and sake is a plus — but what matters most is your passion for hospitality, teamwork, and guest connection. You’ll work closely with our Head Bartender and management team to maintain high standards, manage stock efficiently, and provide an exceptional experience at the bar.

What We’re Looking For:

●Previous experience as a Bartender in quality restaurants, hotels, or bars.

●Strong cocktail knowledge and excellent bar service skills.

●Interest in Japanese ingredients, sake, and natural wines is a plus.

●Fluent English and great communication skills.

●Team player with a positive, hands-on attitude.

●Reliable, well-presented, and guest-focused.
