An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the opening team of a stunning modern Japanese restaurant in the heart of South Kensington.

We’re creating a dining experience that combines precision, warmth, and personality — and we’re looking for passionate, confident Waiters / Waitresses to help us bring it to life. You’ll deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service, ensuring every guest feels truly cared for.

You’ll work alongside an experienced management team in a supportive and dynamic environment where your contribution matters. This is a chance to be part of something new — a restaurant that’s as inspiring for its team as it will be for its guests.

Training Start date: 17th November 2025

What We’re Looking For:

●Previous experience in quality restaurants or hotels.

●A genuine passion for hospitality and guest care.

●Fluent English is essential.

●Experience with Japanese cuisine or culture is a plus, but not required — full training provided.

●Professional, confident, and personable — you take pride in your appearance and presentation.

●Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

●Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

What We Offer:

●£14.50–£16.00 per hour, depending on tronc, plus cash tips.
