Position: Sushi Chef / Kitchen Production Chef Location: Sushinoya all branches( Tottenham court rd/ China town)
Sushinoya is looking for a skilled Sushi Chef who is proficient in all aspects of sushi preparation and production. We are seeking someone with strong knife skills, solid experience in a sushi kitchen, and the abilit y to maintain high quality and consistency. Responsibilities:
• Prepare sushi and sashimi with proper technique and high-quality standards
• Handle all aspects of sushi production, including rice preparation, fish cutting, and ingredient Prep
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
• Manage prep work efficiently to support daily operations
• Ensure consistent portioning and presentation
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations Requirements:
• Proven experience as a sushi chef or in a sushi production kitchen
• Excellent knife skills and fish-handling techniques
• Strong understanding of sushi preparation from start to finish
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
