IT manager/ IT specialist

Position: IT Manager / IT Specialist
Company: Sushinoya, Kineya, Kimchee (Food Retail Group)
We are a growing food retail company operating the brands Sushinoya, Kineya, and Kimchee, and we are looking for an experienced IT Manager who can take full ownership of our IT operations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all IT-related systems across our stores and headquarters
• Support new store openings, including network setup, POS configuration, and hardware installation • Maintain and troubleshoot store IT equipment (POS, tablets, printers, network devices, CCTV, etc. ) • Manage software, accounts, data backup, and system security
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
• Develop and improve IT processes to support company growth Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT management, retail IT support, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of networks, POS systems, and hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to handle multiple stores and field work
• Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills
