Baker/Pastry Chef (Specializing in Cakes)

Job Description: Works in a bakery or café, specializing in making cakes and other desserts.

Responsibilities:
Knows to do any recipes
Baking cakes from scratch, ensuring they have the right texture, flavor, and appearance.
Preparing other baked goods like cupcakes, cookies, and pastries.
Managing the baking schedule to ensure fresh products are available.
Adapting recipes to meet dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, vegan).

Shift Start:
Wednesday to Sunday. From 6AM and finishes 12PM. Flexible with the shift can increase or decrease hours and change days, depending on what is required and orders.
