『TONARI THE NEIGHBOUR HATANO YOSHIKI』is the London branch of a sushi restaurant that has been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand for four times consecutive years in Tokyo.
Located in Mercato Mayfair, we offer Edo-style tachigui (standing) sushi.

【Wage】
Hourly wage of £12.21 + tips

【Probationary Period 】
Minimum 3 Months

【Requirements】
・Available to work 3–5 days/week, at least 6 hours per shift
・Availability for 20–40 hours per week required.
・Able to work long-term (1 year or more)
・Immediate start preferred
・Restaurant service experience*Required

【Working Hours】
•⁠Shift-based between 9:30am – 10:45pm 　
(9:30am – 9:45pm on Sundays only)
•⁠Shifts are arranged every weeks — flexible scheduling!
•⁠Breaks included

•⁠ ⁠Available to work 6-hour shifts

【Job Description & Ideal Candidate】
Sushi chef trainee / floor staff You will be responsible for customer service and takeaway sushi preparation. Knowledge of sake and wine is a big plus! We are looking for people who:
