About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, bilingual Office Administrator to support our team mostly remotely. This position requires seamless communication in both Japanese and English, making it ideal for a native Japanese speaker with excellent English proficiency who enjoys administrative work and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities
Handle emails, phone calls, and client inquiries professionally in both Japanese and English
Deliver top-tier customer service to clients and team members in either language
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate across time zones
Create, edit, and translate documents, spreadsheets, and presentations (bilingual as needed)
Perform data entry, filing, record-keeping, and light administrative support
Assist with occasional bookkeeping or expense tracking

Requirements
Native-level Japanese (speaking and writing) – must be able to communicate fluently and naturally in professional/business contexts
Excellent English proficiency (near-native or advanced level in speaking, writing, and reading)
Proven customer service experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Very computer-savvy with comfort using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and basic troubleshooting
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently from home
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home office setup
Availability during standard business hours (some flexibility; occasional overlap with Japan time zone may be required)
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana)
Familiarity with basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
Prior experience in Japan-related business, client support, or bilingual administration
