WE’RE HIRING: EXPERIENCED CHEF WITH BAKING SKILLS

Crumbles & Brew is looking for a talented, experienced Chef who can bake to join our independent café in the heart of Hackney — available for an immediate start.

We are a warm, community-focused coffee shop and kitchen known for our freshly baked goods, wholesome dishes, and specialty coffee.

We are looking for a chef who is confident in both cooking and baking, and comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced café environment.

Role details:
3 shifts per week
Immediate start

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Chef in a café or restaurant
Strong cooking skills using fresh, quality ingredients
Experience in baking (pastries, cakes, or artisan baked goods preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Excellent organisation and high kitchen hygiene standards
Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
Creativity and willingness to contribute to menu ideas
